ACCOMMODATION

Sala Beach House is a boutique hotel with 10 guest rooms – 7 in the main house, and then a self-contained 3-bedroom villa, so we can accommodate a maximum of 20 guests. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, satellite television, telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer, safes and mini bars.

CHILDREN

Children over the age of 12 are welcome into the main House. 

Families with younger children are welcome to reserve the exclusive use, private Villa.

EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE DEPARTURES

Should you have an early arrival and prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend booking for one night prior. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your room until you leave the Hotel. Not to worry however, as if you choose not to reserve the extra night, we will be happy to store your bags and make our spa facilities available for you to freshen up in.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

For Individual Reservations

• No FIT reservation shall be confirmed until a 10% deposit is received.
• This deposit must be received by SALA Beach House within 7 days of the reservation being made.
• Provisional bookings made more than 3 months in advance, will be automatically released after 7 days if the deposit has not been received.
• Provisional bookings made less than 3 months in advance, will be automatically released after 48 hours if the deposit has not been received.
• Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival date or 60 days prior to arrival over peak periods.

For Events

• No reservation is secure / confirmed until a 20% deposit is received.
• The deposit must be received by SALA Beach House within 21 days of the reservation being made
• Full payment must be received 90 days prior to arrival date to secure the booking.
• Additional deposit terms may apply and will be agreed in a separate events contract at the direction of SALA Beach House

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservation amendments, variations or cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to stay@salabeach.co.za  and shall only be valid if accepted and confirmed in writing by Sala Beach House
