Sala Beach House is an intimate boutique hotel that’s all about luxurious coastal living. With enormous picture windows, spectacular ocean views and direct access to the beach, it offers the chance to indulge in barefoot luxury while soaking up KwaZulu-Natal’s balmy beachfront vibes.

The most noteworthy addition is the seaside hotel Sala Beach House, which opened last year. I awoke there one morning to the sound of waves and yoga on the deck, and wrapped the day with a barbecue of crab, lobster, squid, and swordfish.

I needed a place to go and decompress for a few days and Sala provided me just that, and more.

We stayed in the Sala suite and had the most magical time of our lives! From the food to the views, the spa and the staff were just phenomenal. We will most certainly be back sooner rather than later!
