Room Rates

• The above RACK rates are subject to change without prior notice
• The above rates are per person sharing per night
• Single occupancy rates are available at 75% of the double occupancy rate per night

Rates are per person sharing per night and inclusive of:

• Accommodation
• Breakfast
• In room tea and coffee
• Bottled still and sparkling water
• Wireless Internet
• One welcome bottle of wine per room per stay
• Daily sundowner cocktail and canape per person

These Rates Exclude

• Additional food and beverage charges
• Transfers
• Boutique Purchase
• Telephone Calls
• Spa Treatments
• Additional Activities

Deposit Policy

• No FIT reservation shall be confirmed until a 10% deposit is received.
• This deposit must be received by SALA Beach House within 48 hours of the reservation being made.
• Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
• In peak periods full payment must be received 60 days prior to arrival date.

• When payment is made via bank transfer, refunds of any sort incur a R200 banking and admin fee.
• When payment is made via credit card, refunds of any sort incur a bank fee of 3.5% of the total paid.

Cancellation Policy

• 10% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
• 45% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
• 90% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
• 100% of the quoted rate for a no-show booking.
