TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit Policy

No FIT reservation shall be confirmed until a 10% deposit is received.
This deposit must be received by SALA Beach House within 48 hours of the reservation being made.
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
In peak periods full payment must be received 60 days prior to arrival date.

When payment is made via bank transfer, refunds of any sort incur a R200 banking and admin fee.
When payment is made via credit card, refunds of any sort incur a bank fee of 3.5% of the total paid.

Cancellation Policy

10% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
45% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
90% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
100% of the quoted rate for a no-show booking.
