Sala Beach House is a boutique hotel with 10 guest rooms – 7 in the main house, and then a self-contained 3-bedroom villa, so we can accommodate a maximum of 20 guests. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, satellite television, telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer, safes and mini bars.

EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE DEPARTURES
Should you have an early arrival and prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend booking for one night prior. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your room until you leave the Hotel. Not to worry however, as if you choose not to reserve the extra night, we will be happy to store your bags and make our spa facilities available for you to freshen up in.
GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
At Sala Beach House, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). In order to guarantee a reservation we would need credit card details, a deposit on the room or a voucher from a Travel Agent.
All reservation amendments, variations or cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to email@example.com and shall only be valid if accepted and confirmed in writing by Sala Beach House.
Sala Beach House is currently offering the following revised terms and conditions until the World Health Organisation declares the COVID-19 pandemic over:
When the pandemic is declared over, any reservations made under these terms and conditions will be replaced by Sala Beach House’s standard terms and conditions.
Our standard cancellation policy for individual travellers is as follows:
- 10% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
- 45% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
- 90% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to arrival date or for a no-show booking.
